Meet your neighbors and newly elected members of the Venice Neighborhood Council the old fashioned way—a summer barbecue in the park.
The 10th annual potluck barbecue will be held at Oakwood Recreation Center for locals of all ages. Live music, DJs, and games will add to the main attraction, which of course, is the food. Everyone is invited to bring a side or dessert to share, and our Station 63 firefighters will be overseeing the grill.
Volunteers are always needed and very much welcomed. If you're up for lending a hand during setup or cleanup, email venicebarbecue@venicenc.org.
