Knuckle & Claw Hooks It Up With Grilled Lobsters and Martha's Vineyard Vibes
Knuckle & Claw debuted on Main Street earlier this spring, but it hasn't felt quite complete until now.
Well-timed for the fall/winter months, the new menu includes hearty entrees of whole or half grilled Maine lobster with dipping sauces that go beyond your basic butter—there's burnt cherry tomato and garlic, rosemary and thyme, and for the purists, lemon and sea salt. More sides have been added to the mix as well, including farmers' market greens that can be topped with choice of sea meat, grilled artichokes, spiral potatoes, and more, but the ever-popular lobster bisque, lobster mac and cheese and traditional chowder are still the showstoppers. Raw bar selections have expanded too, so muscle up for that fresh stone crab.
And because winter doesn't get that cold here, it can all be enjoyed outdoors on Knuckle & Claw's revamped patio. The gravel lot has been paved with brick, string lights lend a soft glow over white picnic tables, and the overall look of the space, both inside and out, is much more in line with that authentic East Coast, Martha's Vineyard flavor for which owners Chloe Dahl and Nikki Booth are known.
As for libations? There's beer, wine and spritzers. Here's a look at the new menu.
