Be it brick and mortar or food truck, we found the best spots for you to sip your spinach and rock some beets.
Café Gratitude Venice
I am Divine (apple, beet, lemon, ginger). I am Effervescent (fresh ginger, lemon juice, agave, sparkling water). I am Bright (in-house Kombucha). These are just a few of the names and affirmations of the local thankful café and bar. Café Gratitude, known for making clean eating easy, offers a cold-pressed juice plan and even a meal plan. If you are in the mood for an Elixir, we go for I am Enlivened (Klamath Lake live blue green algae, essential oil of rosemary) to support focus and clarity or the I am Brave (Fresh lemon, tumeric, ginger, essential oil of oregano, cayenne pepper) to boost your immunity.

Moon Juice
Be it for a hangover, the athlete in you or the beauty you seek, just read the Remedy Board and realize there is a juice for that. And when press comes to squeeze, we are talking three pounds of raw, 100% organic veggies, herbs and fruit in one Moon Juice bottle. Hydraulically pressed, never heated or oxidized, these are nutrient dense juices, people. And at a pretty penny, too. They'll run you $9 to $12 a pop. But if you've ever experienced a perfectly balanced sweet and spicy Carrot Lime Ginger Coconut Meat medley from Moon Juice creator and Venice local Amanda Chantal Bacon, you totally get it. Open air, grass (turf) under your feet and sweet succulents create an incredible beach vibe at Kreation Kafe on Abbot Kinney. Stop in for a juice or grab a spot at the large wooden community table and hang a while. This local juicery provides a Kleanse Quiz for you to take to better select your custom order juice or premium kleanse plan. We love the cold pressed Relax (carrot, coconut, ginger, lemon) and the Premium Detox in a glass called 50 Shades of Green (kale, cucumber, parsley, lettuce, dandelion, mix greens, basil, cilantro, mint, spinach, dill, green pepper, wheat grass, green chile, spirulina, chlorophyll). That’s a lot of greens!

Seconds from the sand off the famous Venice Boardwalk (actually right next to Groundwork Coffee Co) on Westminster, on the street with a big peace sign drawn at your feet, this hidden gem is a community staple. With its hole-in-the-wall charm, every juice is made fresh to order on the spot with the most reasonable prices in town. Our favorites are the Beet Goes On (apple, beet, carrot, cucumber) and the Body Detox Super Juice (Spinach, Parsley, Celery, Apple, Cucumber, Lemon, Ginger). Add a wheatgrass shot and grab a fresh coconut (they will chop it open for you) and you have the perfect bike stop to rock your ride along the beach.

JUICEBOX Los Angeles
You've seen this bright-green dream of a truck parked on Abbot Kinney. 90% of the time they are in front of GTA (Gjelina Take Away). The first premium and sustainable juice truck (Mercedes-Benz BluTech sprinter, that is), they juice fresh, made-to-order, local and organic produce delivering farm to cup. We loved the signature green juice, the KaleBox (kale, spinach, celery, green apple, lemon, ginger), and the seasonal favorite is the MelonBox (watermelon, lime, mint, ice). Go ahead and high five founder Robert Connolly. He made our drink and has big goals for a more JUICEBOX trucks. More juice for all!
Melissa's Raw Cuisine
In a primo spot at the Venice Farmer’s Market every Friday morning, Melissa Henig has a booth with her own line of assorted juices, tonics and raw cuisines. As a self-proclaimed raw omnivore, she creates with the motto, "Let food be thy medicine, let medicine be thy food." We loved the Dating Tonic, a chlorophyll concoction that's beneficial for you on the inside and out, and the Turmeric Tonic (mix of turmeric, ginger, mature coconut water, sparkling mineral water, maca, ginseng, apples cider, vinegar, cayenne pepper and raw honey) to cleanse and support balance. She also carries close friend's RENEW Juicery juices, including Heart Happy, Glow and Super Roots. There's much love in the juice community.

Gunpowder
Though not technically a juice bar, Gunpowder is a high energy, 24-hour tea house that is definitely worth a stop as your juice touring through town. Its cold-brewed iced tea is infused daily with a variety of cold-pressed combinations like oolong with white peach and basil. The fresh ingredients and infusion process means that you get way more antioxidants and much less sugar.
