The 53rd annual Marina del Rey Holiday Boat Parade takes place on Saturday, December 12 from 6 to 8 p.m., rain or shine, starting with a fireworks show at 5:55 p.m. and Florence Henderson as the grand marshall.

Burton Chace Park is the recommended viewing spot—there will be food trucks, music, and a winter wonderland of snow from 1 to 5 p.m. The parade route circles the main Marina channel, so any of the restaurants at Fisherman's Village will be prime viewing spots too.

You could also bundle up and watch the parade from the coziness of your couch. The parade will be streamed on the 24-hour MdR webcam.
