Friends of Walgrove will be sponsoring a Walk-A-Thon to raise funds for the school's physical education program, which is not provided by the Los Angeles school district.

The annual fundraiser, directed by Walgrove's Coach Rachel, aims to raise $20,000 to provide a full year of team sports, yoga and hands on training in living an active life for 350 students.
