Main Street Halloween Pub Crawl: Night 2

Main Street's favorite haunts are hosting a two-night bar crawl starting at Circle Bar. The first crawl takes place Saturday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and the next is on Halloween night from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Drink specials include $4 draft beers, half-off well drinks and $5 shots. 

Single tickets are $10 each, and there's a five-person group discount for $40. Get tickets here. Check in at Circle Bar and pick up a map of participating bars and wristband.

Uncle Chuck's Annual Venice Dog-O-Ween Costume Contest

It's a Howloween party for the fur babies. Join the pup parade and walk the red carpet in costume for treats and prizes on Sunday October 30th at 23rd Avenue and the Venice Bike Path. 

The fun starts at 4 p.m., and the costume contest and parade starts at 5 p.m.

The 19th Annual James' Beach/Canal Club Halloween Party. There will be a $500 gift card costume prize. The Viceroy in Santa Monica will be transformed into a haunted hotel with costume contests and DJs spinning at the main bar and in the ballroom. This is one of the Westside's biggest Halloween balls with about 1,000 guests, and it sells out before the big night.

Downtown Santa Monica's Wokano bar and restaurant always goes big on Halloween. Their annual event draws a packed house for food and drink specials, costume contests and DJs spinning into the witching hour.

Screamin' Halloween Costume Party @ Vegan Scene Venice

Celebrate Halloween with Vegan Scene. They'll have an open bar (and virgin drink options too including cold-pressed juice and apple cider), unlimited food from Frankenstand, and desserts from Cup My Cakez.

Parking // Free parking can be found on Main Street in front of Vegan Scene and one block NE on Hampton Drive. You may park on Pacific Ave between 8pm-8am. Metered parking is also nearby.
