Who will take home the prized title of Mr. & Mrs. Muscle Beach? The annual competition returns to the Venice Beach Boardwalk and world famous Muscle Beach Saturday, July 4th. 

Registration opens at 7 a.m., pre-judging starts at 10 a.m., and finals begin at 1 p.m. Admission is free and open to all amateur athletes.
