A field day for the mind body and soul where community touts competition: It's Wanderlust LA, and it returns to the Santa Monica Pier on Saturday April 30.
The mindful triathlon includes a 5k run, 75 minutes of yoga guided by DJ beats, and guided mediation. Festivities are rounded out with the Kula Market where you can shop local crafts, snack on organic treats, and sip at the kombucha biergarten. To keep the good times flowing, attendees can sign up for a bonus workshop and learn to do things like aerial yoga, acroyoga, hooping and slacklining.
NOTE: Tickets for the triathlon are sold out, but you can still grab a ticket for the picnic lunch. More details here. Also check out upcoming Wanderlust 108 festivals around the world. (San Diego is May 8.)
