New Kids (Party Store!) On The Block

Party planning for little ones is no small feat. If you've ever tried to match the invitations you found on Etsy with a birthday banner from your local craft store, you totally get this.  That's why we were so excited to discover Fire and Creme, a new party store for kids filled with all of the accoutrements that one might need, from costumes to cupcake papers, and it's conveniently located at Lincoln & Superba next to La Pinata.

Fire and Creme Kids is a new venture by Peggy North, owner and party designer of Fire and Creme, a full-service event planning company based in Venice. Fire represents their enthusiastic spark and creativity. Creme is for all of the best ideas rising to the top, which is exactly what you'll find here, a well-curated selection of party themes that can be tailored to both boys and girls (surfing, rollerskating, circus) and pre-packaged into ready-to-go boxes. Each theme has three boxes, one for tableware, one for props and accessories, and one for goodie bags. Expect linen napkins, table runners, special branded fairy dust, muslin goodie bags stamped with your theme logo and filled with unexpected treats like satellite wafers! The boxes are made for eight kids and cost about $200 each. Also check out the cool light-up signs and Moxi rollerskates for rent.

If your next kids (or grownups) party is in need of something a little crafty and creative, this is your new go-to spot.
