Take a Look at Chez Tex's New Seasonal Lunch Spread

Looking to switch up your lunch routine? Main Street's new wine bistro Chez Tex, which debuted this summer, has added a daytime menu to its repertoire.

Superba Food + Bread supplies the fresh-baked loaves and brioche buns for Chef Ash to layer in melty stacks of meat and veg for hearty, but not-too-heavy, sandwiches like this smoked salmon club, and a roasted squash Caprese with basil pesto.

Seasonal salads including this red Russian kale with fairytale pumpkin and pomegranate round out the mix. Here's a look at the menu today. Though, it constantly changes. Owners Hayley and Jesse Feldman are all about switching it up and making "whatever they feel like eating" and what Chef Ash is inspired to create with weekly hauls from the local farmers' market.

Dine in or take out. Lunch is served Tuesday through Saturday, 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
