We Made This Video In a Minute
Back in the "olden days" before Tastemade, one-minute videos would take us hours and hours and money and hours to create. So when the Santa Monica startup introduced a free app that enabled us to shoot and publish videos on the spot, we were like Final Cut who? [Full disclosure: I now also work at Tastemade.] On our video page, we feature several Tastemade videos that we shot around Venice as well as videos from local Tastemakers.
In the latest version of the iPhone app that was just introduced, there's a new "Quick Take" format that makes it even easier to shoot the sights and sounds of what you're experiencing without actually having to get in front of the camera and talk about it.
On Monday, we tested it out on short format on Venice Beach. It's perfect for those who are camera-shy and do their best work behind the scenes.
We've partnered with Tastemade to offer a FREE Lincoln & Rose Tee plus a 10% coupon off for any item in our marketplace to the first 10 people who create a Quick Take. All you have to do is download the new iPhone app, create your perfect day in Venice using the Quick Take format and hashtag it #lincolnandrose.
The first 10 videos published on the app between now and March 10 will get a tee and 10% off coupon. We'll also showcase the best ones on a our Facebook page.
