Venice Beach is known for beautiful sunsets and phenomenal people watching, but have you ever seen the sun rise over a desolate Boardwalk? From empty parking spaces on Windward Ave. to the Venice Skate Park without any skaters, these sights not often seen were captured from a rare and daring perspective. A drone video shot by Robert McIntosh feels like a lucid dream recorded on GoPro as it soars through letters of the Venice Sign and whips around the tops of palm trees to reveal a serene paradise below of Venice Beach waking up in the morning.
