It's Ben & Jerry's Free Cone Day

Ben & Jerry's is treating the world to free ice cream today. Lucky for us here in Venice, we're only a hop and a skip from a Scoop Shop on Main Street, and that's how we plan to get there when free scoops are served from noon to 8 p.m.
All flavors are up for grabs at the annual free-for-all, so you can either go with the classics like Cherry Garcia and Chocolate Fudge Brownie or try a new one like Wayne’Swirled—dark caramel and vanilla ice cream with fudge and caramel swirls. Party time! Excellent!
Lines move quickly, but be prepared for a line nonetheless. To pass the time, the thoughtful folks at Ben & Jerry's made you this list of fun ways to enjoy the experience with fellow ice cream lovers.
